At Dying Breed, we proudly raise and hunt premium upland game birds-quail, chukar, and pheasant-driven by a deep love for tradition.  Nestled in the small town of Cat Spring located in Austin County, our family-owned farm sustainably nurtures thriving flocks for hunting, supplying ranches, and supporting conservation efforts. We call ourselves Dying Breed because the passion for hunting is fading, and we're committed to keeping its spirit alive.
